Lunar Commercial/Industrial Infrastructure Development Concepts

Luna-Dev is our Luna-centric commercial/industrial infrastructure development division.

Here you can learn about many of the basics of what RFCINCo plans to do on, and around, Luna -- Earth's moon -- through what we offer in this section.

The primary goal of Luna-Dev is -to develop a comprehensive series of products and services that will advance humanity's Luna-centric commercialization/industrialization endeavors with their efforts to establish their own niches in the developing Luna-centric marketplace with our own body of Luna-centric products and services.

Lunar Commercial/Industrial Development Assets

   An extensive series of Luna-centric Remotely Operated assets are under development by RFCINCo with the express purpose of facilitating our capabilities to tap into the plethora of Lunar environments, resources and commercial opportunities as our first series of sustainable commercial/industrial Lunar development operations.

Our series of Lunar Orbital assets will enable us to effectively develop and manage both our in-bound and Earth-bound cargo shipments in conjunction and cooperation with our client services while, our Lunar surface assets will allow us to gather, use and distribute (as needed) the raw resources we are able to collect from the surface of Luna, Earth's moon. The bulk of the raw resources we are able to gather from the Lunar surface, and distribute to orbit and/or back to the Earth, will be made available for purchase to our clients as one of our first premier Lunar commercial/industrial development programs.

As our ground based operations mature, we intend to work toward advancing our capabilities to include a variety of resource refinement and hardware production operations as we work to build out the facilities of the EHHC Complex in preparation of future human activities.

Through the employment of our library of other commercial development programs (such as; our HALP Systems assets and infrastructure, our Sol-Nav Network programs inclusions and, our Sol-Trans Network Program operations) we are first focused on providing a variety of safe, reliable and cost-effective means to deliver our family of Luna-centric assets to Earth's moon. We will use those to-LEO delivery assets/services in conjunction with our cislunar delivery assets/services to deliver our first set of Luna-centric assets to the first planned facility site, the EHHC Complex.

Their, they will begin gathering, package and delivering a portion of our first collected cache of Lunar raw materials back to the Earth to sell to our clients. The sales of those delivered materials will finance the continuing progressions for providing the needed infrastructure to refine and expand our continuing Lunar commercial/industrial development programs. From this point on we will be able to use our gradually growing number of Luna-centric assets to begin constructing our planned Lunar facilities as they are listed below.

Eastern Highpoint Horizon Center Complex Concepts

   Our "EHHC" Complex is intended to serve as our first all-in-one starter Lunar settlement development support complex -to serve all future local/regional Lunar civil & commercial client programs with a wide variety of vital habitation & commerce support services. In many respects it will serve as our testbed for all of our other future Lunar habitation & commerce development programs.

At its start, the EHHC Complex, planned for construction along the 0° Latitude/90° Longitude coordinate location within the Mare Smythii Basin, will initially consist of a series of bulk materials processing elements -to produce our library of standard Lunar construction elements and refined material supplies directly from the local contingent of raw Lunar resources. Earth-based operators will remotely operate a series of our industrial engineering service assets (being developed within our AROVA Programs) to produce our extensive library of planned standard Lunar and off-world habitation shell assembly elements and locally sourced bulk materials supply stores. As we work to expand our library of Lunar service assets we will also work to expand the diversity of Lunar sourced products and supplies to further support ours, and our client's, commercial, industrial and scientific research needs.

Some operators will pilot a dedicated series of drones & equipment to continuously expand the EHHC Complex assemblies while another dedicated set will complete any Lunar Habitation & Commerce development/support services that we've been contracted to cooperatively develop with our Lunar-based clientele.

Western Highpoint Horizon Observatory Complex Concepts

   Our "WHHO" Complex is intended to provide another pivotal set of Lunar outpost development & support services that, we will use to greatly expand our raw Lunar resources and environmental accesses across Luna along with expanding our Lunar habitation & commerce development support service capabilities. This facility is intended to be located opposite the EHHC Complex on the western-most side of Luna (from Earth's perspective) at 0° Latitude / -90° Longitude where, it is expected to have a vastly different variety of material compositions and concentrations of raw resources available than, the EHHC Complex site. This is due to its initial remote survey results obtained from a host of orbital surveys conducted by a variety of national institutes over the years that, reveal the region to have vast ranges of undulating hills and mountains with many peaks and valleys.

This range is populated predominantly by relatively very small impact craters reaching far away from the most recognizable feature to the south, Mare Orientale (the "Bullseye" crater) and, far west of the vast region known as Mare Procellarum, a vast range on the west side of the visible Earth facing side of Luna. Being primarily populated by many ancient rolling hills and valleys, this region is likely to have a unique variety of scientific interests while, offering many opportunities to study and utilize the ancient geology of the Lunar surface and sub-surface.

The host of technologies and processes that we're able to refine from developing our EHHC Complex will also be used to establish and develop the WHHO Complex into a cooperative dual-use premier Lunar Resort/Lunar Commercial Development Center and, remote interferometric observatory network foundation for our Lunar Interferometry Network development initiatives.

Northern Polar Power & Resource Management Complex Concepts

Intended first -to serve as one of the main energy grid hubs for the Lunar northern hemisphere, and (second) as a rare Lunar-north resource quarry hub (specializing in rare Lunar material acquisitions programs which, are local only to the region), the "NPPRM" Complex is planned to eventually produce and provide a variety of supplemental energy provisions (along with a bevy of locally sourced raw Lunar materials) to our contracted Lunar client communities as they grow.

Consisting a vast ranges of relatively flat features that, receive continuous sunlight throughout the bulk of Luna's diurnal cycles, this region is viewed as an ideal range for both, macro-scaled solar array installations and, solar forge installations. With this, its relative position in relation to each other planned facility/complex -it is also ideally suited for serving as the third leg of our intended 5-point Lunar Interferometry Network.

Southern Polar Resource Management Complex Concepts

    The "SPRM" Complex range is intended to provide us a substantial measure of access to the variety of unique resources available only to the Lunar South pole and its surrounding areas. These uniquely targeted resources include potentially deep concentrations of volatiles such as; hydrates, water-ice and many other frozen liquid compositions locked within each of its many deep and permanently shadowed craters.

Due to several Earth based and orbital surveys conducted over the region from orbit, it is believed that, these craters receive little to no sunlight -allowing them to retain these potentially vast caches of frozen material resources. This provides a unique opportunity for substantial quantities of water, fuel and bonding agents from those locally sourced resources (rather than, having to ship them in from Earth) to include in our Lunar based 3D print manufacturing, spaceflight operations, human habitation support (in the forms of water and air mixtures/compositions provisions), and our Lunar permacultural development applications potentials.

Additionally, again being ideally located for the purposes of our intended Lunar Interferometric Observatory Network development initiatives, we intend to include each other pairing facilities/complexes to work with this complex to provide the forth point of reference for our Lunar horizon line view of the cosmos from the Lunar surface. Together, these four reference points coordinated into what amounts to a four-point interferometric telescope the size of the diameter of the Moon squared with little to no atmospheric interference to contend with -is expected to give us unprecedented observational capabilities for the next age of space-based advanced astronomical research.

Far-point Relay Station & Observatory Complex Concepts

The "FRSO" Complex' first two premier intentions are; to serve as the "pupil" to our Lunar Interferometry Network's "eye" and, to offer a farside midway relay point between all other mentioned Lunar complexes that will be hosted and maintained by RFCINCo and its consumer clients. Being located along the main equatorial pathway -it will also serve as a third Lunar habitation & commerce development hub wherein Lunar developers could contract our habitat development services to expand outward from the complex to "settle" new communities in the surrounding areas between each complex.

Lunar Interferometry Network Concepts

Our planned Lunar Interferometry Network will provide a base network of five equally spaced observatory outposts (each of which are built into each of RFCINCo's Lunar Complex') that will multiply our observational clarity when viewing objects both; close to home and across the universe. As has been fore-mentioned throughout this page up to this point, each of our primary Lunar complexes will play host to a variety of coordinated observational facilities as our Lunar Interferometric Outpost Network -to enable what we hope will become our civilization's greatest Lunar surface/ground-based remote observatory asset.

We intend to contract times for use of these observatory centers in part and in whole to Earth-based research institutes in much the same way Earth-based observatories do today. We expect high demand for access to this astronomical research network for generations to come once it is installed and prepared for general use.

With this, we also intend to use this observational network to produce a variety of targeted studies related to our larger Sol-Nav Network, Sol-Trans Network and remote surveying and prospecting operations of all other Sol-system based celestial objects. This includes Solar dynamics research observations, celestial anomalous activities research and more.

Trans-lunar Transportation & Pipeline Port-to-Port Transfer Infrastructure Concepts

Consisting of a complex series of direct-connect tunnel ways (built primarily from Lunar sourced materials) the Trans-lunar Transportation Infrastructure is intended to allow both manned and robotic transports to travel to and from each of our host complexes safely and efficiently along with serving as the main thoroughfare for most if not all Lunar surface (and, sub-surface) level remote import/export trade operations between each complex and its surrounding communities. The resultant network of tunnels, roads, rails and pipelines will also serve as the apparatuses used to remotely transport resources (such as; fuels/hydrates, volatiles, water, air and electricity) between each established structure and community residing on the Lunar surface.

Coordinated with all other operations, Lunar Orbital and Cislunar services, we believe this will provide all the essential fundamentals required to pave the way for a bustling Lunar civilization that, can reasonably last for many generations to come.

Lunar Civics & Trade Market Niches Concepts

As our civil & commercial/industrial off-Earth infrastructure support & development service operations are continuously expanded to meet as many of the demands of the newly emerging off-Earth commerce -we expect our unique perspectives will enable us to site many newly developing related potential commercial opportunities before anyone else.

Because we'll have this unique insight to share... we want to share it! So, we intend to offer an open-source listing of our related "research and investigative sitings" for all aspiring entrepreneurial individuals and organizations to consider joining/developing in line with our own work. Our aspirations go far beyond the Lunar surface. So, our intent is to eventually move onward toward our greater goals once we've established the fundamental operations and structures needed to enable our continued advancements beyond the cislunar environment into open space and across the cosmos en mass.

Because all businesses require there targeted consumers to sustain themselves (hence, we need clients to keep going beyond our reach) we'll constantly work with all other research institutes and governing bodies to identify any and all new insights into what the new potential commercial niches of all off-Earth endeavors will be as time passes -to further promote the civil expansion of our off-Earth communities. Because, to us, the larger and more capable the community is, the more chances we'll have to secure the future of humanity and life as we know it -to survive and thrive across the cosmos.
